Alarm clock is something we need daily and last time I reviewed the Puzzle Alarm Clock and the runnable clocky. Since we are so attached to computers, and every computer have USB ports, someone came up with a USB washing machine alarm clock - I know it’s weird.

This Bluetooth USB is probably the smallest Bluetooth adapter I’ve seen. It’s so tiny, we put it beside a US penny for comparison. It’s compatible with laptops and desktops. However, the adapter allows you to connect to Bluetooth 1.1 devices only. (speed is much slower than the standard version 2.0) This device is now available for $25 at many online stores.

The new USB 3.0, which will boost data transfer speeds to HDTV-happy 4.7Gb/s (compared to the 480Mb/s of USB 2.0), is expected to be finalized by June 2008, and will be backward-compatible with USB 1.1 and 2.0.

When we talk about small, we meant fingertip size devices. We all know speakers come in all shapes and sizes. Miniscule speakers aren’t a new thing but these tiny cube speakers are just too cute! I have to compare this with the mobiBLU MP3 Player!

Personally, I hate carrying coins in my pocket, it’s dirty and heavy but it’s inevitable in North America. Errrr…. On the other hand, it’s normal to see a cellphone is being used as credit card to buy stuff in Japan, like the M-Wallet system feature found in Motorola Mobile’s payment system. Over 10 years ago in Hong Kong, its government already launched the Octopus Card where you can buy almost anything using it - even most kids have one.

Lets talk about this USB thingy. In Korea, they have the credit stick. Shinhan Card, Korea’s biggest Bank rolled out Korea’s first ever USB type credit card recently. (It’ll take 10 years to see in North America… joking) Unfortunately, thisUSB media is strictly as credit card system only, it is not a portable storage device. The system sounds really neat to me!

Virgin America is a new discount air travel option to/from San Francisco, Vegas, L.A., NYC, and Washington DC.

The interior picture of the plane gives me a cozy and cyber feel with those touch screen entertainment systems (called “Red”) The highlight of this luxury plane is that every seat have a USB port and RJ45 outlet so you can use your laptop or even charge your iPod.
