Audi has already managed to work some LEDs into a few of its cars (concepts and in production), but the automaker has gone all out with its latest Audi R8, which employs LEDs for seemingly every lighting function. That includes the 24-LED running lamps the R8 had before, along with some brand LED high and low beam headlights, and LED turn signals, which add up to some 54 LEDs in all. Driving this car will be shined at night! Given the prices that single LED bulbs demand these days, it should come as no surprise that this is quite the pricey option, with it adding a full €3,590 (or about $5,560) to the R8’s already lofty sticker price. It’s a must upgrade if you got the cash

This seemingly toy Ferrari (is it the F430?) is in fact a cellphone. The dialing pad is located underneath the car where the axle should be. The idea is interesting, but I agree that I do not like the idea of talking where the back axle is. It’s purely psychological, but why do you think that the original iPod was white and shiny like a bathroom? Price: 96 British pounds.

Although this post is not directly related to gadgets, I believe cars are one of the best gizmos ever invented, hence we should definitely talk about them right? Seriously, what’s the price tag you think could make it to the “Top 10 Most Expensive cars”? 1 million or 2 million? Even the $1.4 million Bugatti Veyron is too ‘cheap’ to be on the Top 10 list!!! If you are a millionaire (most likely a billionaire), would you buy one of these Vintage cars?

Given that most of us probably won’t be able to afford a real Ferrari anytime soon, it’s nice to know that Acer are on the ball, providing us with a touch of that Italian magic, in the form of another Ferrari branded laptop.

The Ferrari 1100 is ultra-light with a AMD Turion dual-core processor, hard drive up to 250GB, Dolby sound system, DVD burner and 12.1 inch screen. There’s also a fingerprint reader, to keep all of your precious documents safe. No information yet on pricing or availability, sadly.
