There’s no secret, I encourage you to visit the site more frequently especially when the meter reached above 90% and subscribe to my RSS. For example, this particular post depicts that the meter is 92%, you know this from your inbox or RSS reader! Some readers only check out the main page (wikigiz.com) but did not click on any subpages, links or leave a comment. They have just missed out the opportunity to trigger the Gizmo-meter!

Hey, it’s time to reveal the blog’s income for March 2008. Google Adsense income is $235.97 which is all time high since this blog launched 6 months ago. As you might know that this site incorporated Chitika advertisements because this blog surpassed the 10,000 hits milestone per month, in fact, this happened since the second month - I just didn’t implement the Chitika until last month. Total views for this site is over 58,000.

$10.31 was generated from Chitika which isn’t bad since it started in a short period of time. In conclusion, the grand total for March is $246.28

Here’s my income report for February, it’s better to be late than never right? In February, the number of posts were slightly less than January because I focused on SEO and blog promotions. The result is pretty good! The monthly views reached over 13,000 which turns out to be 448 visits per day as Feb. only has 29 days! Alexa Rating also increased by 14%, from 296,161 to 259,217 (view traffic detail)

Let’s start with Google Adsense, this blog made $199.18 and I’ve 1 referral! (sign up for a Google Adsense account here) In addition, the blog made $28.50 from ShoppingAds and $5.10 from bidvertiser.com.

This is my 1st Report to reveal my blog’s stats. I would give myself a B-. My readers are increasing gradually from month to month which is a good sign. As you can see from the screenshot, the peak was 2227 page hits on January 1, 2008 that turned my Adsense earnings to be $25 on that single day. In fact, the counter exceeds 2000 views/day for 5 consecutive days from 90% to 100% of the meter!

My January income have a grand total of $203.57, mainly from Google Adsense. Hence, I have more budget to work with for my Gizmo-meter Prize in February! Maybe you have suggestion of the next prize? (Be reasonable!) I’m eager to find out who will win the $20 Giveaway.

I’m still exploring different techniques to increase my viewers, especially my RSS Readers / email subscribers. (Only have 22 Email Subscribers) Total of 160 posts excluding this post, which calculates on an average of 2 posts per day. Digg, StumbleUpon and SEO tatics are major sources to attract visitors. If you have ideas/comments, I would be pleased to hear them.
