If you are fed up of waiting for the kettle to boil perhaps you need the HydroTap from Zip Heaters. Basically, you turn on your tap to get pure filtered and “boiled” water on demand! The tap, which has just landed in the UK is a kitchen sink tap that dispenses instant, filtered, chilled and boiling water from the same tap unit at the touch of a button.

Cost? Well, it’s £2000. Despite the price, if you think boiling water is a waste of time, this might be a product to consider. Not only time, this technology is 40% more energy efficient than a kettle, and with two sleep modes that can be programmed for those worried about energy conservation.
