Panasonic’s Evoltas has Longest Battery Life

Last month we mentioned about the Sanyo Eneloop Battery with a very slow discharge speed that doesn’t need to recharge for a long time. Now we’ve got something even better - the world’s longest-lasting alkaline battery from Panasonic - called EVOLTA. You can put this battery away and use it after 10 years! This is at least 50% longer than other brands like Duracell, Energizer and Oxyride. Unfortunately, US residents are going to have to wait until later this year to get this insane product but Japanese customers can buy from stores on April 28th for about $5.40US for a pack of four.

Very cool. I want to get this battery, I hate to find out that my Duracell batteries ran out of juice while I haven’t use it and paid so much for it! This will solve my problem! I wonder when we can buy them in Canada?
