nForce 780i gaming motherboard with 3x PCIe, 2x RJ45…
written by: Patrick Wong | category: Computer, Hardware | posted: 12/27/07Ok, I know I don’t considered myself as a hardware specialist (despite I got A+ license) but I know this is one kickass nVidia’s motherboard for extreme gamers!. Lets start with the fact that it supports the Intel Yorkfield CPU. From there we’ll move on to the 3-way SLI capability (can’t you see the 3 PCIe x16 slots?) and the 1333MHz FSB speed.
It supports PCIe 2.0 and SATA at 3.0GB/s, up to 2 PATA drives, Gigabit Ethernet, and up to 10 USB 2.0 ports. There appears to be integrated audio, likely in with the HD and 7.1 phrases peppered into the description, and four slots in a dual channel configuration for RAM. (You need those copper to sandwich the memory for heat to spread evenly)
There are two RJ-45 jacks and a pair of PS/2 ports. Some say PS/2 mouse is more reliable than USB when you have a trillion USB Peripherals plugged in! I’m sure you don’t want to see your World of Warcraft character die due to mouse/keyboard failure right? Anyways, the chipset also has its own heatsink which appears to be larger than the one on my processor. So, if you want top of the line, here it is, from Falcon Northwest, no word on where you can get it or for how much, but I don’t mind to get one.

Hey,
I added your feed to my google reader.
Zune is actually a little better than Ipod…at least in my experience. I’ve had Zune 1 and now Zune 2, and so far so good.
My ipod mini crapped out on me after 6 months.
We’ll have to wait and see how long it takes zune to drop.

I’m sorry to hear that. Well, I had my iPod for over 2 years now. It’s working like a charm, I have had no complain. I would like to try the Zune since I think the beaming songs feature is so cool.
